A local start-up company required a brand identity and ongoing print design for a new estate agents in Plymouth, focused mainly at the mid-range property market.

After researching local competitors and similar companies further afield, I explored three different initial concepts, each using a different logotype. The preferred concept was then developed to include a typographic symbol of the company initials which could work as a standalone mark or alongside the accompanying typography. Colour palletes were also experimented with until we reached a final visual identity.

The company has had lots of early success and the brand is becoming increasingly more recognised, as sale and let boards go up around the city and surrounding areas.
