Originally known as Derriford Health & Leisure Centre, we were chosen to create a new brand for the centre. This included renaming and a new visual identity, as part of their overall aim, to improve the general health and wellbeing of the staff who attend there.

I was involved with the project from the early discovery meetings and went on to create the new identity, from early concepts through to the final chosen direction, which we presented to a team of staff at the centre.

Some months later, we were approached by the client again to design and build a web application, where staff could complete an online survey in order to assess their own personal health and wellbeing. I created wireframes and flat visuals, taking on the previously designed identity and style. These were signed off and over the next few months I then worked closely with the client and our development team, to deliver a fully functional and working web application.
